Account and Data Deletion

アカウントとデータの削除

Delete in the App / アプリ内で削除する

Open the Knitting Counter menu. / Knitting Counterのメニューを開きます。
Select “Cloud Sync.” / 「クラウド同期」を選択します。
Select “Delete account.” / 「アカウントを削除」を選択します。
Review the warning and confirm deletion. / 注意事項を確認して削除を確定します。

Request Deletion on the Web / Webから削除を依頼する

If you cannot access the App, email us from the address registered with your Knitting Counter account. Include the registered email address and sign-in method (email, Google, or Apple). Never include your password.

アプリを利用できない場合は、Knitting Counterに登録したメールアドレスからご連絡ください。登録メールアドレスとログイン方法（メール、GoogleまたはApple）を記載し、パスワードは記載しないでください。

Data That Will Be Deleted / 削除されるデータ

Knitting Counter account and authentication record / アカウントおよび認証情報
Associated cloud-sync projects, counters, logs, memos, and preferences / 関連するクラウド同期データ
Associated files uploaded to the App’s cloud storage / 本アプリのクラウドへアップロードした関連ファイル

We complete requests within 30 days after any necessary identity verification. Data retained only where required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution will be restricted and deleted or anonymized when that purpose ends.

必要な本人確認の完了後、30日以内に処理します。法令、安全管理、不正防止または紛争解決のため保持が必要な情報は利用を制限し、その目的終了後に削除または匿名化します。

Data Not Removed Automatically / 自動的には削除されないデータ

Local-only data on a device. Delete it in the App, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App. / 端末内だけに保存されたデータ。本アプリ内で削除、アプリのストレージを消去、またはアンインストールしてください。
Active subscriptions. Cancel them separately in Google Play or the Apple App Store. / 有効なサブスクリプション。Google PlayまたはApple App Storeで別途解約してください。
